The analysis (below) is an exact copy of the waveforms and movements from the 2013-2018 cycle. Each impulse and retracement is identical. Now, obviously we know things won’t occur exactly the same, but it is a mere illustration that shows the theory is not far fetched or without merit.
After all, last cycle when XRP was at $0.004, people were also called crazy for saying it could go to $1. Well, as it turned out, it did 827 times that cycle low.
Now, we have the same market participants (albeit newer newbies), same market conditions, same emotional states of mind, and more of the misinformed to make the market move as much or even greater than last cycle, so why would you be closed minded to the possibility that we might have a similar outcome?
827x from this cycle’s low is $165. No one is saying you have to put all your cookies in the batch, but I would think smart money would recognize an asymmetric risk/reward opportunity when it shows itself. In plain speak, if you risk $1000 of loss with an upside potential of $827,000 – that’s a massive opportunity any smart investor should make.
Just so you know I’m not BS-ing you: billionaire investors like Kyle Bass and Paul Tudor Jones use ratios of 6:1 and 5:1 respectively – they only risk a little when the upside potential is a lot. If you bought at $0.20, your ratio is 827:1. Heck, if you bought today, you’re still looking at 243:1 – still great.
